▶ The Academy Housing at the New Yorker Residence

The American Academy of Dramatic Arts has established a relationship with Educational Housing Services Inc. (EHS-2) at the historic New Yorker Hotel to accommodate our First Year students during their academic year. The hotel is conveniently located at Eighth Avenue and 34th Street, across from Madison Square Garden (approximately a 10-15 minute walk from the Academy).

Housekeeping is not included. All students shall maintain the room in a clean, safe and undamaged condition. In addition students must bring their own linens.

Payment for housing is made directly to Educational Housing Services.
