HOW AWARDS ARE DETERMINED:

First Year Students: All students who have applied and been accepted in the Academy's programs are eligible for scholarship consideration. Scholarship awards are based on merit determined by an Applicant's Audition. Need based Academy awards are assessed through the financial aid process.

Second Year and Academy Company: Second Year and Academy Company students apply for scholarships by writing to the Academy's Scholarship committee.

Audition Deadline for early Scholarship Decisions	March 1, 2009
Award Notifications (By Letter)	By March 15, 2009
Applicants auditioning after the "early scholarship" deadlines will be considered for scholarships based on resource availability

Winter 2009-2010

Audition Deadline for early Scholarship Decisions	November 14, 2009
Award Notifications (By Letter)	By December 1, 2009
Applicants auditioning after the "early scholarship" deadlines will be considered for scholarships based on resource availability

*Exceptions: Students participating in the Summer Program are considered and notified of scholarships on an individual basis.
