Oakwood Worldwide provides fully furnished apartments located in the Hollywood Hills. All leases are on a month-to-month basis. Students can rent studios, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. Oakwood Toluca Hills is approximately a 12- minute drive from the Academy’s Los Angeles location.

The complex includes two heated pools, fitness center, tennis courts, sand volleyball, onsite grocery store, movie rentals, two clubhouses, computer labs, copiers, fax machines, large screen television theater and Enterprise rental car service. Complimentary brunch is offered every Sunday.

Rooms can be furnished with either queen size beds for single occupancy, or with twin beds allowing for roommates.

Apartments will be rented on a first come, first serve basis. They can be reserved for you months prior to your arrival in Los Angeles. Proof of acceptance to the Academy must be provided in order to receive special rates. Oakwood Worldwide Toluca Hills is not a residence hall. Students staying at Oakwood will not be monitored by either Oakwood Worldwide or by the American Academy of Dramatic Arts.

Park La Brea Apartments

Park La Brea offers both furnished and unfurnished apartments. Leases can be set up on short or long-term basis. Prices of apartments vary depending on length of the lease. Students can rent one and two bedroom apartments. Park La Brea is located on Third Street in Los Angles. The complex is approximately a 10-minute drive from the Academy. It is surrounded by popular Los Angeles attractions such as Museum Row, the La Brea Tar Pits, the Farmer's Market, The Grove Shopping Center, and CBS Studios.

The complex includes a fitness center, jr. Olympic size pool, fitness trails and a garden café. Rooms can be furnished with two twin beds to allow for roommates Apartments will be rented on a first come first serve basis. They can be reserved for you prior to your arrival in Los Angeles. Proof of acceptance to the American Academy of Dramatic Arts is required. Park La Brea Apartments is not a residence hall. The Victor

Located at 1745 North Wilcox Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90028 is a hip and trendy apartment complex with 243 spacious units. Minimum lease is 6 months and minimum age is 18 years old. The Mark

Located at 1750 North Wilcox Ave, Hollywood CA 90028 is directly across the street from the Victor and offers 101 Units. Minimum lease is 6 months and minimum age is 18 years old. They have Studios and both 1 and 2 bedroom/2 bath apartments, which can accommodate as many as 5 students. The International Housing Placement Service

The International Housing Placement Services (IHPS) is a placement service for students moving to the Los Angeles area from outside the State of California. The IHPS will seek to arrange housing for AADA students in private rooms with local host families within five to seven miles of the Academy for a one-time application fee of $325. The student thereafter pays rent to the host family. Arrangements can be made with or without meal services.

The IHPS is not a residence hall, and students arranging housing through IHPS will not be monitored by either IHPS or by the AADA.
