The American Academy of Dramatic Arts has established a relationship with Educational Housing Services Inc. (EHS-2) at the historic New Yorker Hotel to accommodate our students during their academic year. The hotel is conveniently located at Eighth Avenue and 34th Street, across from Madison Square Garden (approximately a 10-15 minute walk from the Academy).

EHS-2 will provide standard twin-bedded rooms with a private bathroom (2 persons per room) or single occupancy rooms. Each room is unique and configurations vary. The following amenities are included:

Housekeeping is not included. All students shall maintain the room in a clean, safe and undamaged condition. In addition students must bring their own linens.

Residence at the New Yorker for Academy students is only an option.
